Staten Island Ferry

A Staten Island Ferry is a variation on the Piña Colada that does not require coconut cream, and thus is more easily mixed in bars that lack the specialty ingredients and blenders that a Piña Colada would require.

Ingredients

• Malibu Rum
• Pineapple juice

Glass

• Highball

Procedure

1. Mix equal parts Malibu rum and pineapple juice over ice.
