Cocksucking Cowboy

A Cocksucking Cowboy is a layered shooter made from two parts cold w:Butterscotch w:Schnapps with one part of w:Baileys Irish Cream, making it 32% ABV. The Baileys is floated on top of the schnapps in a w:shot glass.


The drink is also known as a Buttery Nipple, though the Buttery Nipple is often thought to be composed of 1/2 Butterscotch and 1/2 Irish Cream. Note that Baileys does not have to be used, but any type of Irish Cream may be.

As of 2004, it is an extremely popular shooting drink in Australian pubs and clubs and may be purchased premade in segmented shotglasses sealed with foil, and "kits" with bottles of each liqueur are also sold, both under the name "CS Cowboy".
