Easter Flip Cocktail

Name: Easter Flip Cocktail
Ingredients:
25ml/1fl oz Marsala

25ml/1fl oz brandy, or dark rum
1 free-range egg white
2 tsp caster sugar
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Grated white chocolate, to garnish
 
You will also need:
Boston shaker
 
Preparation:
Place all of the ingredients into a Boston shaker, with a handful of ice and mix well, until the has emulsified.
Strain the cocktail into cocktail glass and garnish with grated white chocolate.
