Blue Marlin

Name: Blue Marlin

Under the influence of this tropical potion, you mayeven see visions of a diving blue marlin.

Ingredients:

Lemon zest–sugar rim

11/2 cups cracked ice or 6 ice cubes

2 ounces citron rum

1/2 ounce blue curaçao

1/2 ounce sweet and sour

1 orange blossom for garnish

Preparation:

1. Coat the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with sugar and lemon zest. Chill until needed.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice and add the rum, curaçao, and sweet and sour. Shake

vigorously to blend and chill.

3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, float the orange blossom on top and serve.
