Preparation:
The trick here is to pour very slowly and tilt the shot glass sideways at a 45 degree angle, like you do when pouring draft beer to avoid foam.
Layer the Baileys carefully over the sambuca. Drip grenadine on top of the Baileys to give the illusion of a nipple. Of course, the density of the grenadine means that much of it will sink to the bottom of the glass. This is why you see a thin layer of grenadine at the bottom of the glass in the photo.
