Name: Merry Morning Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ cup nonfat milk

½ cup frozen strawberries
½ banana
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 teaspoon brewer’s yeast

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, stir well.
ADDING brewer’s yeast to your morning smoothie adds chromium, which has been found to correct
glucose intolerance and insulin resistance. This can decrease your appetite and help promote weight
loss.
