Name: Jump Start Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen strawberries
6 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon protein powder
1⅓ cups water
6 ice cubes

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, stir well.
JUMP-START your metabolism with a protein-rich fruit and yogurt smoothie. Protein powder and
yogurt supply long-term energy while the fruit gives you a burst to get going in the morning.

strawberries
