Blueberry & Rosehip Sling

 

Name: Blueberry & Rosehip Sling

Ingredients:

8 blueberries

20ml rosehip cordial

25ml passion fruit puree

15ml fresh lemon juice

50ml apple juice

Preparation:

Muddle blueberries in glass, build and churn through crushed ice into a Sling glass. Garnish with a quartered passion fruit and three blueberries.
