Ingredients:

1 oz White Rum

1 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Coconut Cream

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 tsp Double Cream

Preparation:

Blend ingredients with one cup of ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour into cocktail glass.
